This book is a collection of jokes and stories that my Grandpa Vic used to tell us. Grandpa Vic was a fantastic storyteller, and never met a dirty parrot joke that he didn’t like. We often did not know when he was telling us about his day or spinning a tale with us as the punchline, and honestly we didn’t care. After he passed two years ago I was glad that I had taken the time listen to all of those stories and jokes because they are in many ways my most important inheritance from him.

Over the last few months I have been jotting down his more memorable jokes and quips so that I could remember them and pass them on to my cousins now that Grandpa Vic is gone. I fondly remember those stories even those that I was the victim of and now find myself telling some of the cleaner version of the jokes to my kids and younger cousins, in memory of him.
